About this product

This Farmhouse-style IPA is fermented with The White Hag's house Brettanomyces blend, in French red wine barrels specially sourced from the Bordeaux region. The beer is matured for up to 12 months to allow the Brett to develop it’s bright, unique character.

Brett IPA pours a burnt orange colour, with a slightly sweet nose that consists of citrus fruit, pine and coriander seed. Flavours open up with orange pith, pine and are followed by trace notes of mango and oak; finishing a little more full bodied and mildly sweet on the tongue.
