If you have placed your order, and it has been packed our warehouse, you will receive an order despatch email with your tracking number and delivery service.
After the courier has collected the order and scanned it into their system, you’ll be able to see your order’s progress on their network.

During this period we are experiencing a large number of orders which have affected our estimated delivery times, we are doing our upmost to get orders out as quick as possible but the delivery timeline is currently sitting between 2 - 4 working days.
We take great pride in our delivery service, and offer the quickest, safest and cheapest in the UK. Every order is shipped on an overnight service via APC and Parcelforce in our specially reinforced boxes. we aim to get your order with you within 2 – 4 working days Not only do we deliver direct to your door, we can also deliver to your place of work or Doddle pick-up point and if you order by midday on Wednesday you should have your order in time for the weekend!
If you are not home when the couriers come to deliver, they will leave a calling card and you can arrange for a redelivery at your convenience.

For smaller items and clothing, we will ship via Royal Mail on a first class service (usually delivered within 2 days from shipping), priced at £3.50

While we are now able to open our international shipping back up, due to current circumstances this service has been temporarily limited to the following countries;
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic.
As restrictions are still in place, shipping for countries outside of those mentioned above is not currently available however we will be opening these as soon as we can. For updates on our international shipping you can join our mailing list through our sign up link in the website footer.

You will first receive an order confirmation e-mail, followed by a shipment confirmation e-mail from Beer Merchants and our courier giving you details of your delivery with a consignment number for you to track your order on the couriers site. If you have checked out as a registered customer, rather than a guest and your order has been dispatched it will show as complete in your user account page. The courier can be instructed to leave with a neighbour, you will then be carded and informed where the parcel has been left.
Parcelforce like most couriers will leave a card with contact details for you to arrange another delivery should you be out. If the courier is not contacted, they will automatically try to deliver your beers on the next two consecutive days, leaving a contact card on the first day and a card to advise of the consignment being returned to the depot on the second.
If you live in a multi-occupancy building, please can you make sure that we have correct contact details, access information and anything else you may feel necessary to assist in the delivery of your beer. If your order cannot be delivered, your card to inform you that your order has been held may not also get to your door. We are not able to leave parcels in a communal area.
Should the goods then be returned to Beer Merchants after all attempts have failed, we will issue a full credit, or re-despatch on your instruction with the original delivery cost charged against your account. We require a signature on all parcels delivered.
Please note that we do try to minimise packing and will send multiple mixed case orders in the same case as this makes packing cheaper and more enviromentally freindly.
At certain times of the year we experience extra load on our services. When this happens we always take on extra hands to get the beer to you within three working days, but please allow five particularly at peak times such as Christmas and for big beer launches.
