This Imperial Stout was aged in Tennessee Whiskey barrels for a 1.5 years before being infused with Indonesian vanilla (and a sprinkle of vanilla sugar). The earthy/woody undertones from the beans are a perfect compliment to the chocolate and caramel notes of the beer, and the American Oak in which it was aged.
