Norwegian Beer

Norway has a tradition for brewing that goes back a long way but it is only recently that it has began to really join the party with new fresh and exciting breweries. Lead by Lervig and Nogne O, Norway is fast becoming something of a beer mecca. Maybe it's all the long dark nights that give the brewers time to perfect their recipes or the fiercely proud people who inhabit the land of Vikings who are pushing them to make more and more interesting beers. Either way it is a good thing. Beer in Norway is growing by the day they are using their breweries in new in interesting ways that other countries are only just starting to catch on to, with a limitless supply of natural pure water they have the perfect starting point for any beer style and they are using that to the best of their abilities.
