About this product
Bright red Italian Grape Ale, brewed with 25% of Marzemino grapes by the de Tarczal winery in Trentino. Fermented in open foeders via the indigenous yeasts on the grapes it is then barrel aged and naturally acidified. Sour and thin, it features hints of red berries and fresh grapes, Brett-like tertiary aromas and a very light acetic note.
