I’M is a bottom-fermented grape ale. Brewed with 20% of wine must from white Incrocio Manzoni grapes.The aroma shows character of elderflower, white pear and pine resin, the mouthfeel is silky and sweetish with a slightly tart finish and echoes of vanilla.
