This Brewery was started by a civil servant and began as a hobby in his garage. It is named after a local farm that was part of a monastery in Hainaut. This beer is therefore not a 'Trappist' or even an 'Abbey' but is worth a try nonetheless. It is a Christmas beer that goes through "triple fermentation" and ends up quite dark and sweet and is 9%. There is a little sediment in each bottle but the beer is too dark to look cloudy in the glass
