About this product
In celebration of Indie Rabble Brewing Co opening soon in the archway next-door to us in Windsor, we collaborated with them to brew a super crushable and aptly named pale ale. It’s big on stone fruit flavour and aroma, with Mosaic and El Dorado delivering fresh notes of peach, apricot and mango with subtle notes of pear and blueberries. A backbone of extra pale malt provides a vibrant straw yellow colour, while oats and wheat add a silky texture and a hazy, cloud-like fluffy body.
