About this product
The bedrock of this beer consists of layers of extra pale malt, malted and rolled oats as well as malted wheat. Smooth, bready sweetness underlines aromas of candied orange peel and tinned peach slices. The flavours are lead by a smooth, pithy orange skin oiliness which counterbalances the tropical fruit salad of the Simcoe and Mosaic dryhop. The sweet malt notes emphasize the ripe, chewy notes and meld together with a pleasing warmth which leads into a lingering, captivating finish of brioche and apricot jam.
