About this product
Sway is the next iteration in our quest for pale ale perfection. Brewed using pilsner malt and malted oats as well as rolled oats and flaked wheat in greater proportions. A high mash temperature and a juicy yeast strain have helped in producing a well rounded, full and flavourful base. On top of this base are Citra, Enigma and Simcoe. This hop combo provides massive notes of pineapple, orange and papaya with stone fruit sweetness. Mouth coating and delectably moreish with aftertastes of yellow jelly babies and lemon balm
