Siren rhythm recipe experiments with a technique known as dip hopping. Siren loaded additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe into an empty tank to make a concentrated 'hop tea' that their fermented beer is blended into. Of course, they then dry hop for good measure. The result should make for additional accents and depth of flavour.
