Meet Cannonball's cousin; this NE DIPA uses a high percentage of oats and wheat in the grist for a creamy smooth mouthfeel alongside a healthy double dry hop of Citra and Simcoe, producing citrus, mango and passionfruit juiciness for your drinking pleasure.
To keep this soft and hazy, we eliminated the bittering hops and transferred the majority of whirlpool hops over to the dry hop to maximise aroma and emphasise rounded, juicy flavours. Fermented with London Fog yeast to carry that amped up hop profile, full nose citrus aroma and soft finish.
