BARLEY WINE AGED IN RUM BARRELS FOR 18 MONTHS
The augmented vanilla notes in this very limited beer is owed to 12 months of ageing in fresh rum barrels. Hidden within are flavours of coconut, nutmeg, and fruit that give way to toffee, molasses and anise with a spirit-forward finish.
