About this product
An elegant sour to please one of the Garage founders, Alberto. He never stops banging on about coffee sours and it's been ages since we have done one. Brewed with a pale base of just Golden Promise and wheat malt the idea here is to let the coffee and orange zest shine through in a refreshing, easy drinking beer. Keeping the acidity at a moderate level to leave enough sweetness that compliments the strawberry, caramel and orange blossom notes from the coffee. The orange zest has been added with a light touch to elevate the top notes on the beer with the coffee providing depth.
