About this product
The next and perhaps last of the low abv sours of the warmer months welcomes the Autumn with a flavour combo of Rhubarb, Blackberry and Ginger. Many of us at the brewery grew up eating rhubarb either in tarts and often with berries and a touch of ginger or simply stewed down with some brown sugar. It's such a perfect compliment for a sour beer as it carries a similar balance of sweetness and sourness. The addition of blackberry deepens the flavour and colour here and the slightest touch of ginger creates a zingy complexity that makes this 4 percenter punch well above it's weight. And what's more, this beer can be enjoyed by people with gluten intolerance.
