COLLAB CITRUSY LIMEY IPA WITH VAULT CITY FROM SCOTLAND….. CONTAINS LIME JUICE…. MOTUEKA, EKUANOT, EL DORADO, EL DORADO CRYO…. The Sour Kings of Scotland came knocking, we couldn’t say no.. We are heading over to theirs for the return leg of the collab after the summer, hopefully so that they can serve it at their festival in October. We aren’t as fruity as they are, so to acknowledge their fruit sour style but aslo give them a break from the norm and bring them into our world of IPA’s, we are doing an IPA with 100% Scottish malt and oats with a boat load of hops and fresh lime juice. Motueka from NZ being renowned for it’s lime and lemon character, it will be a great partner to the fresh lime juice & Ekuanot and El Dorado from the USA bring bags of tropical fruit with a hint of a floral hedgerow. It’s an IPA with lime juice, not a sour IPA. Got it!
