About this product
Made in Guyana from Demerara sugar cane (thus the "rarer" name), ELLC's Rum has a caramel, tropical overripe banana and vanilla richness that screams to be made into an Old Cuban.
Once distilled the rum is aged in ex-bourbon casks, adding to the vanilla and caramel tones of the spirit itself. It's a rum that works across many cocktails - a cabinet essential.
