About this product
Braybrooke's latest collaboration with fellow lager lord Reece of Donzoko in Hartlepool.
Named after the city where this style of amber lager was originally brewed in 1841, this Vienna Lager has a rich malt body and a floral hop aroma thanks to the Tettnang hops we used. Single decocted, naturally acidified with Donzoko’s acid culture, fermented with Braybrooke house yeast and cold matured for 30 days. Incredibly drinkable!
