About this product
Something Good is a rotating IPA series at 6.2% where we explore new ingredients, techniques and processes with the hope of hitting on something good…enjoy!
For our 7th iteration, we explore a new cellaring process in the aim to reduce some of our conditioning time. Wheat and a touch of biscuit malt make up the malt bill, while copious amounts of Citra backed up by Simcoe creates an avalanche of beautiful hoppiness. Enjoy!
