Timmermans Oude Gueuze’s special flavour derives from its time-honoured method of preparation. It is a blend of old lambic, which has been aged for three years in wooden barrels, and young lambic which ensures spontaneous fermentation in the bottle.
Timmermans was born in 1702 under the name of "The Mole Brewery" It wasn't until the 20th Century that the brewery changed its name to Timmermans under the ownership of Paul Van Cutsem (6th Generation).
