About this product
A very special beer originally brewed to commemorate their 5th Birthday. Brewed using 1 and 2 year coolship, representing the pinnacle of Burning Sky's aspirations and a true statement of intent for the UK scene.
A turbid mash schedule was followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight in the coolship, before being transferred to barrels for a lengthy fermentation.

Conceived by Mark Tranter ex Dark Star head brewer in a Sussex barn, the brewery is hidden away in the south downs and as such it allows them to brew uncompromising brews of quality and tradition. They use traditional techniques that involve slower yeasts and long maturation times.
