History
It's the 80s. Leaning up against the bar at Greek Street's Soho Brasserie, a strong, sexy supermodel delivers the clearest of briefs - 'make me a drink that will wake me up and f*ck me up.' Dick Bradsell, on the other side of the counter, willing obliged and the Espresso Martini was born.
This one has been a labour of love. We've partnered with two of the very best British producers and ingredients - Chase field-to-bottle Potato Vodka and single origin San Fermin cold brewed coffee from speciality coffee roasters, Origin. The final output delivers chocolate and caramel on the nose, a creamy, buttery texture on the palate and a smooth bitter finish.
How to serve
After the delivery driver arrives, get the bottle straight in the fridge. When you can’t wait any longer, grab a cocktail shaker, strainer, jigger and your best ice. Pour 100ml into the shaker and half-fill it with ice. Shake well for 15 seconds and strain into a coupe. To finish top with three coffee beans. There are 5 x 100ml serves per bottle.
