The full-bodied base beer (reminding cookies, dried apricot) supports a weave of cellar and marc notes, together with a decisive funky fingerprint. A balsamic, pervasive bitterness wraps up the sip.Bang Bretta is an American IPA brewed with Cascade, Chinook, Centennial and Simcoe hops, barrel aged for eight months in oak barrels previously containing red wine from Trentino, and conditioned over time with our selected Brettanomyces wild yeasts strain.
