A tribute to the USA and the mythological hop variety that is Cascade, Asteroid 56013 is dedicated to the American Craft Beer renaissance. According to the “traditional” formula of West Coast IPAs, Asteroid is hopped following “the 4Cs law”. This bronze-hued ale boasts a compact white head. Nose is fresh, exuberantly hoppy, brimming with citrusy and tropical aromas.In the mouth again the citrus, slowly turning to resinous and balsamic notes.The intense mouthfeel, full-bodied while easily drinkable, is dry and culminating in a long lasting, penetrating bitterness.
