Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Forest & Main in Ambler, Pennsylvania with wheat, pilsner malt and a traditional Belgian yeast strain – along with an abundance of Saaz and Motueka hops. Quiet, complex with a touch of acidity and barnyard-y flavours reminiscent of fresh silage, morning hearths and foggy apple blossom.
Conceived as a ‘nomadic’ project, with recipes tested on our trusty nano-kit (pictured), The Beak has spent several years creating unfiltered, seasonally-inspired beer with friends at some the greatest UK breweries, including North Brew Co, Partizan, Beavertown, Burning Sky and Northern Monk.
