If you have made an order and it has not arrived or are missing boxes from your shipment. We reserve the right to hold off on actioning replacements or refunds until 14 days after the date of dispatch.
After we been notified that an order has not been delivered, we will create a ticket and date it to be actioned 14 days from the dispatch date. We will check your account after the 14 days has passed to see whether there is any action that needs to be made.
After the 14-days has passed, and you have still not received your order. We will then organise either a replacement for your order or issue you a refund which we will go back into your bank account in 2-5 working days.
If you are missing singular items from a delivered order, we adhere to our terms and conditions referring to the refund and resends of singular items.
