Established in Shrewsbury in 1995 they took an old brew kit from an old brewery and gave it a new lease of life in a dairy. The brew kit is considered very small for a commercial brewery but this hasn't held them back. In fact it has allowed them to be extra creative with their brews letting them take on styles that most British breweries swerve. In 1999 they quadrupled their brewing capacity due to extra demand and a need for some modernisation they concentrate on consistency and quality in their products. Each beer has a distinctive taste and their style of modern central European brews with modern British twists sets them up as a brewery to love.
