Hailing from South London this brewing maestro was somewhat of a reluctant brewery owner having the final decision made for him by Evin at the Kernal brewery who gave him is old kit such was the faith in his abilities he had. Partizan are known to make traditional styles even using an old Courage recipe to create their export stout.
