Lindheim
Located in Gvarv, in the Telemark region of Norway, Lindheim is more than just a brewery, they are a farm and orchards, a bar and restaurant and all round beautiful place to visit. Specialising in wild fermented, sour beers often using the fruits from their own orchards, they are considered one of the hidden gems of Scandinavian brewing.
