The Franz Brewery is part of a foundation that has created together with his wife Ruth in the life of the deceased principal shareholders of the brewery, Mr. Herbert Uhl.
This non-profit foundation supports projects in the field of animal, environmental and nature conservation. The Foundation has its own research center, which allows studies mainly in the border area of science to practice.
In memory of the deceased partner and his wife today still bears the name of the beer, "Uhl Pils". As a brewery, we are particularly committed to environmental protection and nature conservation - as the quality of beer depends mainly on the quality of the natural ingredients.
