Abbaye De Rocs

A traditional Abbey-based brewery in Hainault, Belgium, right by the French border. They brew using a well at the Abbey, giving the beers a gorgeous smooth flavour and allows the peppery, spiced flavours to come to the fore. Unlike many strong Belgian beers, they don't use candy sugar which also means their beers have a wonderful clean, dry finish.
