Thanks to a 100% Franconian Pilsner malt base, this beer has a delicate, crisp taste complemented by a fine, grassy and citrusy aroma and flavour, which is given by a generous amount of modern and traditional German hops. These hops are sourced directly from the Locher-Hopfen farm in Tettnang, Germany. Its light body and pleasing carbonation, along with the lemon zest notes from the hops, give this beer an extremely thirst quenching and moreish character, with a fine and refreshing bitterness.
Braybrooke started in 2017 with just one aim - to make really good lager. Beer doesn’t have to be complicated as long as it’s made in the right way with a commitment to quality. That’s exactly what they're doing, brewing proper lager in the heart of the English countryside, near Market Harborough.
