Traditional Bavarian beer, brewed by the oldest brewery in the world and according to the Purity Law of 1516 with only malt, hops and water. Amber beer turbid appearance due to the combination of yeast and wheat processing. His first sip gives some references to malted wheat but very refreshing for its connotations of lemon and curasao.
Weihenstephan is the oldest still operating brewery with a rich history dating back to 755 when the Benidictine Monastry was founded. It wasn't however until 1040 that the Weihenstephan Monastry Brewery brewed its first beer.
