About this product
Complexity through simplicity is the order of the day with this beer. Pilsner malt and CaraPils forms the super clean base with the ever reliable US-05 yeast used to ferment. Snappy notes of bready, subtle caramel are underpinned by the clean bitterness of Idaho-7 which we added in the kettle, whirlpool and in the dry hop alongside Centennial. Candied orange peel, passion fruit and wet pine bring a blend of soft fruitiness and a welcome, lingering dank resinous quality. Lipsmackingly good.
