Established in the early 17th century by the Paulaner monks, the brewery caused quite a splash with its first beer. Their first beer, a strong bock called Salvator, was so delicious and successful that other local breweries wrote to the council asking for them to restrict its sale to save others from closing.

Great Drink from MunichDon't be thinking this is just a summer drink ! its fantastic all year round, smooth refreshing and quenches any thirst. Low in alcohol too should you not want to over do it . A great taste of Munich for sure ! Prost
