In the good old days, this bottom-fermented beer specialty was only available between March and September. Dumb. But from March you weren't allowed to brew because there was no cooling. And that's why it needed a stronger brewed beer that lasted over this time. It's a good thing that things are even better today and that our full-bodied March is available all year round. Each brew is a festival beer with a full-bodied, strong initial taste, which is followed by a slight hop bitterness. With nutty and caramel aromas, a beer that, brewed a little stronger, ensures a drinking experience steeped in history as always.
Really nice beer, slightly bitter. When it comes back in stock I'll be getting some more!!

Malt brings bready and toasty characters to this beer as you'd usually expect from a Marzen, but this one has more complexity. It's nutty, spicy, and hoppy with sweet caramel notes.

The rich honey colour may be a clue. As someone who is primarily a real ale drinker this is a worthy " drink at home " alternative. Most definitely a repeat order will be forthcoming.
