About this product
Modern Pale Ale with Citra and Idaho 7 - The next iteration of our Modern Pale Ale sees higher quantities of Citra to enhance the brightness of aroma. Also, the malt base has been changed up with the addition of some Vienna malt to add a little more chew to the body while still retaining the same high drinkability. A change of yeast sharpens the focus on a softer texture and more apricot and vanilla forward esters which compliment the grapefruit, guava and peach aromatics from the Citra and Idaho 7 combo.
