About this product
The west coast version of Simcoe, Strata and Mosaic contrast IPAs. We have been dying to put a big dose of Strata into a west coast IPA for ages. We feel that it is a perfect hop for the style with lots of dank and pink grapefruit. Playing together with Simcoe and Mosaic you get lots of citrus, pine and some tropical fruit notes dancing on top. Brewed in the old school way with a high bitterness but balanced with some crystal malts to create a proper, bitter sticky west coast IPA that has the structure to hold up to the hop assault.
