DIPA featuring the first of this yeac Showbusiness is a DIPA aiming to showcase the best of the all star hops from the latest hop harvest. A pale, juicy body sets the scene for a DIPA that is dry hopped like a TIPA. The latest crop of Simcoe is banging, oozing fleshy pink grapefruit and pine with a touch of peach so this hop takes the lead. Combined with Mosaic and Citra, the result is a DIPA that is juicy as hell with loads of tropical mango, guava and stone fruit and backing up Simcoes delights.
