About this product
Dangerously close to our brewhouses limits, this IPA contains almost 50% oats as we strive for even more ridiculous levels of silkiness in our IPAs. With a base of Pilsner (can we even call it a base when so much of the grist is adjunct?) and some flaked wheat this is a big softy. On top of that base we loaded up a hop combo of Enigma, Strata and Galaxy for a heady mixture of brightness and dankness. Bright, sherbety white wine, grapefruit and passionfruit are balanced out by weed and pine. We have kept the bitterness a bit lower than our standard but dry hopped at a higher rate to allow all things juice to pop!
