La Diôle de Noël is a top-fermented, traditionally-brewed Belgian Christmas beer by the Brasserie des Carrières. Brewed exclusively with locally-sourced natural ingredients, including four different hops varieties, Diôle de Noël pours bright chestnut with a thick tan head to give a big Christmas wreath of a bouquet, composed of dark malts, caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, and herbs.
On the tongue, you’ll find rich, soft caramels, yeast, jammy fruit, hops, and an attractive alcohol note in one generous package.
The history of Brasserie Caulier begins in 1933 when miner Charles Caulier decided to set up a beer distribution company in the town of Bon-Secours however it wasnt until 1994 and 3 generations later that brewing equipment was brought and the brasserie Caulier was born.
