VùDù is a dark wheat ale, whose grain bill also features “grano del miracolo”, an ancient wheat variety.Rich in aroma, this beer sports the classic phenolic and estery notes one would expect from a Weizenbier (ripe banana, clove, fresh yeast) together with the milk chocolate and toffee nuance contributed by the roasted malts.Mouthfeel is round and thick, almost “chewable” and full-flavored.
