Uchu Brewing in Hokuto, Japan, are making some of the best hop-forward beers in the world. This hazy India Pale Ale was brewed with founder, Masahiro Kusunose, using Strata CGX, Strata, Idaho 7, Nelson and Citra with additions during whirlpool, hop dip and mid-fermentation. We’re getting grapefruit, pot, dried orange, pineapple and lemon drops. Enjoy!
