Strap yourself in for this amazing beer from Wild. Made by brewing a Belgian dubbel, then fermenting it in Californian red wine foudres over liquorice-smoked sloes, this beer was then aged in Islay casks to add to the smokey aromas and introduce a layer of ultra-savoury peat. The result is a massively complex,fruity but savoury beer that defies all logic, definition and palates.
