This beer was brewed in collaboration with Blackfriars & the Hanging Bat in Edinburgh and Nanban in London. This BA sour saison is brewed with inspiration taken from Sake. It is made using seaweed, yuzu & sea buckthorn. The initial batch of this beer was a cult success and this new batch is no less superb.
The Wild Beer Co was born in 2012 out of a love of fermentation, barrel-ageing and most importantly, flavour.
