About this product
This is truly spectacular. An Irish red ale brewed using peated barley and foraged heather in place of hops (yes, this is a true Gruit). It is then fermented using the natural yeast/bacteria from the heather flowers. This special edition version is then aged in French red wine barrels for an extra layer of depth.
