What? An IPA you age? Will that work? Does it work? Why you doing that? Well it does work well, the brett used to ferment this beer only adds to the character after a certain length of time and this one is pretty much there now. The hops are just about present making fruity tones and pine dryness as the yeast gives you a good funk and welcome off notes. A dusty old IPA this is not, it is a pleasure to try everytime.
