Extra Blond beer!Wow, this beer packs a punch! Grand Cru is described as an 'extra blond' and undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle resulting in a sweeter 9.5% beer. It is cloudy, no matter how careful you are in pouring from bottle to glass but this will do you no harm. The St Feuillien brewery call this beer 'dégustation' (in French) and 'degustatiebier' (in Dutch/Flemish); I assume those two mean a 'digestif' which I thought was a French word!
