Schneider Aventinus Eisbock, 12%,
Stronger than strong. Powerful aromas and an intense flavour. Mahogany in colour, nearly a black Eisbock. The aroma is reminiscent of ripe plums with a hint of bitter almonds and marzipan, strong characteristics of banana and clove are also present. It is full and warming on the palate. The ideal digestive after a great dish. Goes great with crepes suzette, profiteroles with a dark chocolate sauce, tiramisu and mature Parmesan.
