This is the 10th Studio experiment: a golden sour ale that was made blending beers from barrels that have been fermenting since the 2016 and 2017 Mega Collaboration held at our brewery during Carnivale Brettanomyces. In No. 10, we used more light, fruity and vinous barrels.
The Oedipus story, strangely enough, began by drinking beer: drinking lots of different beers from breweries around the world. Oedipus Brewing actually traces its origins to when founders Alex, Paul, Sander and Rick worked in other renowned beer bars.
